Happy Birthday Ethan
This year Ethan got a racetrack cake. He kept asking for a fire cake and I wasn't exactly sure how to do that one. So he seemed content with this instead.
I probably should have made a Toy Story cake because he got Buzz and Woody for his birthday. And new Toy Story underwear too. Ethan even has a hat to match Woody's.
Porsche Show
We drove about an hour away to see all the porsche's lined up in the streets. The kids had tons of fun and Jared was pretty much in heaven the whole time!
All the kids loved these old cars. The car is so short that Amanda was certain that she was big enough to drive it. Only in her dreams. Below is Matthew and Amanda taking their turns on a zipline. We had a ward picnic at a members house. It was sooo cool. They have a pond with beach sand they have brought in every year. Plus a slide and a diving board. It was made up to look like a marooned island complete with plane wreck and tiki hut. It was so much fun. And don't forget our little scooter, Lauryn starting to make her way across the carpet.

Great job on the cake! I haven't made a cool cake in years! Lauryn is so cute...and it totally sounded like she was making the noise a car makes...so CUTE! Hope you are loving the new area, it sounds like you are!
Happy Birthday Ethan! I wish we had ward picnics like that! Ours are always hotdogs and potluck salad at the park.
Lauryn is so cute. I love the noises she makes while scooting and her happy little face! And when you go to Stuttgart to get Jared a real Porsche you should take us along as your translators! Those cars look awesome!
