It was my birthday last week and Jared suprised me with a bamboo cutting board and a brand new knife set. Not just any knife set, but one from Germany made by Gunter Wilhem. They are ones that professional's use and I love to use them too. They work fabulously! I made sure to watch the instructional DVD that came with it so I don't slice my fingers off!

I am holding the meat cleaver. It's the biggest knife in my new set. It also came with a few sharpeners including one with diamond dust on it. They are awesome! And they have a lifetime warranty on them. Thanks Jared! You are Awesome

Ethan was too busy running to be a part of my birthday picture. Jared did a good job making sure that I had a good day. He even made my birthday cake! What a Man!

Amanda and her friend Mikayla were lucky enough to get to go to High School Musical on Ice. They had lots of fun and even the Mom's enjoyed it too. The Dad's hung out at Mikayla's home with the boys and the girls went out to play!

Matthew is often seen in our house without a shirt on. But much to my surprise I found him one day wearing a new hat that Grammie made him, Amanda's neclace, and his own sunglasses. I asked him what he was doing and he said that he was being a superhero! Go Matthew!
